I've been training with Tine since January, 2024.  As a 40-yr old woman with unique physical challenges, it's been hard for me in the past to find a personal trainer who understood my needs and provided a training regimen that met my goals and improved my life without significant pain or injury. I am happy to recommend Tine as someone who I consider a unicorn in the personal training sphere. 

 

Tine has medical training and experience that other trainers do not have. Her time spent training patients in a physical therapy office, as well as her expertise in correct form and background in kinesiology, have truly changed my workout experience. Not only am I learning more about how my body works so I can recognize when to listen to it, correct my form and breathe properly, but I am also gaining confidence, balance and strength without pain. 

 

Tine knows her stuff!! She knows how to correct my form, even on video chat, which is mind-blowing. She recognizes when I need to change up a workout to accommodate my physical needs and knows when I need to work on strength or balance, which has significantly improved my life.  I feel like I'm finally taking care of myself the way my body needs and not simply just working out to lose as many calories or put on as much muscle, as quickly as possible (often resulting in injury). 

 

Tine is a kind and excellent listener who takes all of my needs and goals to heart. She is honest and straightforward, giving me constructive feedback, and a fun and playful workout, all at the same time. And the relaxing and helpful thera-gun sessions at the end of each workout are worth the extra charge! 

 

I highly recommend Tine, especially if you need someone in your corner who gets how your body works, cares about doing your workouts correctly and efficiently, listens to your needs and goals and ensures you meet them safely, all with kindness and a smile worth every penny and then some!

"I have been working with Christine as my personal trainer for over 5 years now.  We started our training sessions at a gym, but when Covid hit we started doing facetime workout sessions which has been great!  She adapts the workouts for my age and any physical issue I may have.  She incorporates cardio, stability, and resistance training for total body workouts.  I absolutely feel stronger and more toned now.  Christine is very enthusiastic and friendly which helps me through the sessions."
